The Alpine brand has also been overtaken by crossover mania: the Alpine A110 SportsX is an off-road, rugged-looking off-road coupe - fortunately just a study so far.
On the occasion of its brand day, Alpine unveiled its latest thought-provoking study car. The exotic sports car manufacturer belonging to the Renault group starts with the rally version of the A110, so it's wider and taller than the base model.
The car also has a historic history: in 1973, an A110 (of course the series at the time, not a new one) won the Monte Carlo Rally.
The modern offspring is 80 mm wider than the standard version, and the abdominal height is increased by 60 mm. The car remains technically unchanged: the 1.8-liter engine has 252 bhp and a torque of 320 Nm. The A110 accelerates to 100 km / h in 6.2 seconds, at a normal height, with a top speed of 250 km / h and a purchase price of around 18 million HUF.
There is no production of SportsX yet.
