The Gold Wing is not a simple motorcycle: its comfort, safety and technical details would also be an honor for a car. It got even better for the new model year, although not much was done with it.
Six-cylinder engine, four-mode, seven-speed dual-clutch transmission, anti-roll bar, start-stop system, keyless start, tire pressure monitoring, navigation system, smartphone integration, USB charging sockets, dual wishbone front suspension, anti-lock brakes: these are certainly not a car, but details of a motorcycle, more specifically the Honda Gold Wing.
The 127-horsepower boxer engine should move 366 pounds (plus passengers and up to a 60-liter package) with a torque of 170 Nm.
As diverse as Gold Wing’s knowledge is, so are the novelties of the 2021 model year. The audio system has been redesigned and the range of painting options has been expanded with a dark gray-orange color combination.
