A new design trend, online services and SUV launches the new model year for SEAT's medium-sized recreational vehicle.
The SEAT Ateca, which has been on the market since 2016, continues its career with restrained but extensive changes. The Czech-made Ateca has been 18mm longer (4381mm), but this is only due to the redrawn front and rear bumpers. Its other parameters (1841 and 1615 mm) did not change. The grille and LED headlights are also new. The LED turn signal on the back can even be running, and the Ateca label mimics handwriting.
In addition to the standard and sporty designs, a novelty is the Xperience trim level, which replaces the previous Xcellence version at the top of the range. Black bumpers, aluminum bottom protection, polished wheel arch extensions and a striking sidewall cover characterize the off-road design.
In the passenger compartment, the modified multimedia unit, the relocated 8.25 or 9.2-inch touch screen and the 10.5-inch digital instrument panel are new. The steering wheel and door panels have also been renewed, and the latter are now adorned with stitches. These connectivity features include new voice control, smartphone integration, a total of 4 smartphone charging sockets and a built-in eSIM card. The availability of features will continue to expand in the future.
The powertrain range has been renewed, there are five types of petrol engine (110-190 hp), the previous 1.6-liter has been dropped from diesel, while the 2.0-liter has remained at two power levels (150 and 190 hp).
