The all-terrain vehicle, which is only referred to as commander, is more than half a century old: the UAZ-469.
The equipment of the commanding UAZs that rolled out of the Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant was not exaggerated, and this is not the case with the pieces presented on the occasion of the anniversary either.
The anniversary model was given a paint job that looks more like an undercarriage. It withstands damage and scratches well. The interior upholstery is black, and so is the color of the seats, but they have double red stitching and electric heating.
The 4-cylinder and 16-valve engine produces 112 horsepower, can be switched to 5-speed with a manual transmission, and has all-wheel drive. If it's an off-road vehicle, it's got off-road tires.
Although it kept the features, such as the fold-down spare seat and side wall, or the canvas roof, it was equipped with a chrome plate on the side indicating the anniversary series.
