The six-horsepower hybrid version of the Porsche Panamera has been set up on six racing circuits for the hybrid limo record.
Recordings are getting low this summer, especially when the Volkswagen Group is home to horny lap times. There is the electric racing record on the Pikes Peak or Lamborghini Aventador SVJ on the Nürburgring, besides the Green Hell, Porsche has also put itself on the 919 Evo racing car. Now they have six races with one of their strongest models.
The Porsche Panamera is basically a large limo, but it does not question the race track either. The Turbo S E-Hybrid, however, does not suffer from power, the power of the duplex V8 engine has been powered by an electric drive, which has increased the system power to 680 horsepower. From steady state to 100, it accelerates in 3.4 seconds, with a top speed of 310 km / h.
Their goal is to set a record of six hybrid limousines on six races on the FIA, which is unlikely to hit their knife. The pilot is always Lars Kern, who is involved in the development and testing of models. The Porsche Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid has traveled to Bahrain, Yas Marina, Kyalami, Buddh International Race Track and Dubai Autodrome, and Losail.
