GXOR, a GX off-road: this is how easy it is to name the new Lexus study. The car study, but in fact, is more of a demonstration: on the tuning market, spare parts from off-road manufacturers can be assembled with such a professional machine if we want.
For the start, the car has got a unique, raised chassis, underneath the cam, but with 18-inch rims on the rims - it doesn't have to be replaced if it meets the original.
The engine hasn't changed, the proven 4.6-liter, 301-horsepower petrol V8 has remained, but its air is sucked through. Rebuilding the front bumper, receiving a hidden winch; the bottom plate and the thresholds are provided with impact protection. There are rescue boards on the roof rack, and a storage system and refrigerator in the trunk.
Because of the latter, the storage capacity has been severely diminished, but the worry is that the package also includes an off-road trailer with 2 cubic meters of storage compartment, a complete tent, camp kitchen, solar-powered battery pack and a diesel-powered water heater.
