They are trying to reduce speeding in front of one of the schools in Székesfehérvár by turning the light red when the car approaches faster than allowed.
A punitive red light was installed on one of the busy roads in Székesfehérvár, the RTL news reporter reported.
The point is, if the driver approaches the pre-school zebra faster than allowed, a sensor detects it, the light turns red, and the speeder has to stop for 5 seconds. The main road in the old mountain district is very busy because it leads straight to the highway.
