Aston Martin is preparing for the release of his first leisure car. The crossover is in the final phase of the tests, and the prototype was seen in the Nürburgring area this week.
The powerful voice of DBX, wrapped in a yellow dress and welsh coat of arms on its side, can be heard on the video. According to industry rumors, the manufacturer turned to Mercedes-AMG for assistance on a motor front, so Aston will drive forward with the Vantage's 4-liter twin-turbo V8, folded into an eight-speed automatic transmission. The resource is 510 horsepower at 685 Nm.
The engine has proven to be SUV-compatible, and the Mercedes GLC63 S Coupé has been equipped with this resource for racing tracks. Aston Martin is expected to start manufacturing DBX next year.
