There are no cool winged doors like the Tesla Model X, but beyond that, the Chinese Xpeng G3 is just like it was taped.
Xpeng, formerly Xiaopeng, worked for two years on the development of the electric G3, which has now been introduced to the general public. Their car prices start at 240,000 yuan, which is about 25,000 euros, without subsidies.
The maximum power of the Xpeng G3 is 145 kW and it is supposed to be able to make a distance of 350 kilometers with one charge.
Technologically, it's really okay because it has 12 ultrasonic radars, 5 high definition cameras, and three so-called millimeter-wave radars that enable very fast and accurate object recognition. Thanks to these, the G3 is parked and operated independently.
Elon Musk has always said that Tesla's patents are free to use and do, and Xpeng has made full use of this opportunity.
