Two new three-liter, six-cylinder petrol and diesel engines are added to the Audi Q8 range.
Although not the largest, Q8 is clearly the most prestigious model in the Audi range. Nowadays, however, the eight-cylinder, even larger engines are no longer cool, so the car can be ordered with two three-liter six-cylinder blocks.
The 3.0 TFSI petrol engine (Audi Q8 55 TFSI) delivers 250 kW / 340 hp at 1370 to 4500 rpm with a maximum torque of 500 Nm. The car accelerates to 100 km / h in 5.9 seconds and has a top speed of 250 km / h.
The 3.0 TDI (Audi Q8 45 TDI) is also new in the range. It has 170 kW / 231 horsepower, with a maximum torque of 500 Nm between 1750 and 3250 rpm. The acceleration time is 7.1 seconds and the speed is 233 km / h.
Both engines can be fitted with a mild hybrid system that can reduce consumption by up to 7 decibels (9.1 and 6.7 l / 100km) at 100 kilometers.
