AutoWallis' retail portfolio expands with another car brand

AutoWallis is expanding the number of car brands sold in retail after it enters SsangYong’s domestic retail market.

According to information provided to MTI on Monday, the AutoWallis Group has been representing SsangYong since 2012, but so far the brand has been the exclusive wholesaler of motor vehicles and parts in Hungary, followed by Romania, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

In Hungary, 1,000 SsangYong found owners in 2021, an increase of 15.47 percent in one year, while the domestic passenger car market declined by 3.4 percent, according to AutoWallis, DataHouse.

The current move fits in well with the group's strategy to keep the company growing organically in addition to acquisitions, so that the brands we already represent will be available in more and more retail locations, along with related services, they said.

According to the information, all models of SsangYong - Korando, Musso and Musso Grand, Rexton, Tivoli and Tivoli Grand - will be available to those interested, and in addition to sales, an official brand service center will be available, so the group's service portfolio will be brand expanded.
