The Budapest Auto Show opens at Millenary on Friday, October 26-28. Several major car importers are presenting brand novelties at an event held between the two.
The Budapest Auto Show is held for the second time, and the audience can meet again with the new models of the big brands sold in Hungary by interrupting the tradition of the former auto show in Budapest. The number of exhibitors has been expanding since last year, with directors expecting more and more brands to come back with the possibility of direct introduction.
This year, more than 50 models will be produced by nine brands, among which several new products will have their home demonstration here. Audi, Citroën, Honda, Peugeot, Renault, Škoda, Suzuki, Volkswagen also bring their latest models, the new brand of SEAT sports cars, CUPRA, will also be shown here in Hungary for the first time. Visitors can also try out a large part of the wagons after an on-site registration.
The organizers expect 12,000 visitors this year, and at least 850 test drives can take place during the three days of the event last year.
On the first day of the exhibition, the Company Car Conference is held at Millenar. The traditional autumn event is about legal, economic and service offerings, and about the latest purchasing and maintenance trends. There is also a lecture on the current market situation of alternative-powered vehicles - electric and rechargeable hybrid cars - and the future of diesel vehicles.
