The Cayman GT4 Clubsport for the rugged racing car is available in two versions. Both are very fast.
When it comes to Porsche, most of our brains immediately flash a super-fast 911 image. However, in addition to the recently renewed flagship model, there is also a smaller and more affordable sports car for the Zuffenhausen manufacturer. This is the 718 series, which now has the most sporty design, the Cayman GT4 Clubsport.
With just 1320 kilograms, the novelty was so rough that it could not be used on the road, that is, "personally" is fortunate enough for a sports car specifically designed for the application. The Cayman GT4 Clubsport is available in two versions, Trackday is designed for amateur racers who run on local minor tracks, and with the Competition version, they can start with national and international championships.
The 3.8-liter 6-cylinder box-mounted engine in the middle delivers 420 hp and 425 Nm of torque on the rear wheels, even with a six-speed double-clutch transmission. The front suspension comes straight from the 911 GT3 Cup, plus a mechanical rear differential lock. Also worth mentioning is the FIA-certified rollbar, the Recaro seat with six-point seat belt, the Cosworth digital dashboard, the removable steering wheel and, depending on the model, 80-115 liters of petrol.
The Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 Clubsport Trackday is priced at € 134,000 (€ 43.1 million) and the Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 Clubsport Competition is worth € 157,000 (€ 50.5 million). The first copies are delivered by the manufacturer in February.
