The European Parliament adopted and issued a regulation on this issue in the spring of 2014, which regulates the marketing of the cars concerned - EC notes.

The July deadline, which is due in a few days, concerns hybrid and purely electric vehicles with a new type, ie new EC type approval number.

The purpose of the regulation is to make transport vehicles safer for transport and thereby increase their acceptance. The measure also contributes to making electric cars more popular, allowing them to gain a new boost in their distribution.
