Within the Volkswagen group, the most modern extras are spreading quite fast: within the category, Volkswagen is the first to get it, and later on, the innovative solutions for the Škoda and Seat models will be added. This is also the option of a digital dashboard that was available from the start in the new Volkswagen Polo, but now Seat Ibiza is also available, and Seat Arona, which is also a small category but crossover, has also received it.
After Leon and Ateca, the smaller places were also included in the otherwise useful and not inconspicuous option. The 10.25-inch display can work in three modes: the Classic, Digital and Dynamic programs have the biggest difference in appearance, but each one has variations in displaying information. The first is the classic speedometer with the same speed as the new BMW solution, while the latter focus more on navigation than driving aids or multimedia.
Alternatively, you can switch between the modes with the View button on the steering wheel, and of course, at some level, we can talk about what information is in our eyes. "We are fully committed to providing our customers with the highest quality design, where classical values meet with the digital world and where every pixel is designed with the same care. With this digital option, the shape of our car seats has reached a new level, "said Alejandro Mosonero-Romanos, chief design officer.
Seat's models, thanks to their colorful inserts and delicate materials, have always been a great mood, and even though we think that a digital dashboard does not change too much on the overall picture, it also appears in the pictures to create a much more modern atmosphere. The similarity with BMW's new solution is perceptible, but we do not accuse the designers of having taken the idea from the Bavarians, and since they do not start at all in a weight group, it does not really matter. The amount of digital dashboard is likely to be negligible, but the bigger probability may be that it is likely to be available only to higher levels.
