The Audi A6 Avant gets a 367-horsepower hybrid powertrain. The model travels 51 kilometers without emissions, with CO2 emissions remaining below 50 g / km.
On average, the A6 Avant 55 TFSI e quattro, Audi's latest plug-in hybrid model, consumes just 1.9-2.1 liters of fuel per 100 kilometers by standard.
Combining the 252-horsepower, 370 Nm-torque 2.0 TFSI motor with a 143-horsepower, 350 Nm-torque electric motor, the drive chain has a system output of 367 horsepower and a combined torque of 500 Nm, already at 1250 rpm. The electric motor was integrated into the seven-speed DSG transmission, of course all four wheels were driven.
The model reaches a speed of 100 km / h in 5.7 seconds from a standstill, with a top speed of 250 km / h, or 135 km / h if driven by electric drive.
In addition to purely electric and hybrid, the powertrain also offers a third mode: it keeps the battery charged at the level of activation.
The 14.1 kWh battery is located at the rear. The boot is standard at 405 liters, which is much smaller than the non-hybrid models (565 l), but at least the floor has been made completely flat by the designers.
