Only forty copies are made of the Lamborghini Essenza SCV12 hypersport car. Its parameters are impressive.
With more than 830 horsepower, the Essenza’s twelve-cylinder engine is the most powerful intake V12 the Lamborghini has ever built. Even more exciting is the car’s aerodynamics, inspired by the brand’s racing cars: at 250 km / h, for example, 1.2 tons (!) Press the car onto the asphalt - more than what nails the brand’s GT3 racing car on the track.
In addition to the congestion effect at high speeds, engine power is also increased by a special low-negative-pressure exhaust system. The gearbox is six-speed sequential; the gearbox is installed as a load-bearing element. This not only makes the car stiffer, but also lighter, which has been given a carbon fiber monocoque frame without an internal roll-over frame - and thus also meets FIA safety standards for prototypes. Overall, each horsepower only needs to move 1.66 kilograms, so the Essenza is brilliantly fast and dynamic.
Accordingly, the undercarriage was missed from the race track - the rear, for example, was attached directly to the gearbox. The wheels are made of magnesium, the brakes are supplied by Brembo and the tires by Pirelli. In the passenger compartment, the driver can turn the steering wheel inspired by F1 racing governments, the carbon-framed seat is also FIA homologous.
If you’re lucky enough to own an Essenza SCV12, Lamborghini organizes a track day program for the world’s best racetracks, as well as car storage: each car gets its own garage, even on camera, so the farmer can enjoy his work all day long.
