While only an electric car is slowly being bought in Norway, one company in the Nordic country is sticking to internal combustion propulsion technologies. Not at all: Zyrus Engineering built its awesome sports car on the foundations of a Lamborghini Huracan LP640-4.
The hand-built Zyrus LP1200 Strada differs from the base model in about 600 parts. The engine's power has been increased to 900 horsepower for street use, but it is enough to turn a switch and we already have 1,200 horsepower - this should in principle only be used on racetracks.
The car’s weight has been reduced to 1,427 kilograms, and its special aerodynamic package produces more than two tonnes (exactly 2010 kg) of crushing force at 320 km / h.
If you know something so much more than a basic Lamborghini, it will cost more than that - not a little. The starting price of the Zyrus LP1200 Strada is 595 thousand euros, or about 215 million forints, which already includes the fee for full-day education: the development engineers introduce customers to the mysteries of driving a brutal car on a racetrack.
