The number of new passenger cars placed on the market in Hungary has decreased in November
Eight percent fewer new passenger cars were placed in Hungary in November than a year earlier. At the same time, the good news is that in the first 11 months of the year, a 20.4 percent increase was registered compared to the same period last year, says Carinfo.hu with MTI. In November, 11,373 new cars and 126,919 new cars were sold in the country in the first 11 months of the year.
Of the new small commercial vehicles, 2122 were launched in November, 0.5 percent more than last November. In the first 11 months of the year, 19,946 light commercial vehicles were placed on the market, an increase of 13.3 percent compared to the same period in 2017.
In November, 152 new motorcycles were conceived, an increase of 47.6 percent compared to November last year, with 2931 new motorcycles being sold by the end of November, an annual increase of 31.8 percent.
In the 11th of this year, 84 new buses were authorized to enter the market, up 78.7 percent on last November's figure. By the end of November, 627 new buses were in circulation, 14.6 percent more than a year earlier.
