So the Sport Edition was born, which sets itself apart from its brothers with dark bronze 20-inch wheels and black mirror housings and a black grille. What’s the same on all trim levels is the 3.5-liter, six-cylinder petrol-powered, self-charging hybrid powertrain: the all-wheel-drive dual-electric all-wheel drive system has a combined peak output of 313 hp and accelerates to 100 km / h in 7.7 seconds.
In Eastern Europe, the Sport Edition is also available with a 300-horsepower V6 (RX 350) and a 238-horsepower in-line four-cylinder (RX 300) petrol engine; in the same countries, the package also includes body-colored sills, a front apron and a rear bumper insert, and a Black Vision logo on the rear door. In other parts of Europe, Lexus has focused more on practicality when it also offers the Sport Edition option for the three-row RX L model.
The non-animal, but high-quality, noble-skinned Tahara upholstery is also available for the Lexus RX Sport Edition, which is reported to be available for just one year from the end of September.
