The Lotus' new Evora GT410 promises better value for money and everyday usability.
So far, the only type: the GT410 Sport has fallen prey to the Evora family tree, but now the little brother has arrived.
Most importantly, it's £ 3,000 (3.5%) cheaper than the Sport version - so it costs "just" £ 82,900, or just over £ 33m, but comes with richer standard equipment. For example, you get an air conditioner, which is definitely an advantage for a street car; What's more, the navigation system, big hi-fi, smartphone integration and DAB digital radio were included in the car (these items have since been fitted into the GT410 Sport but have been missing since then). The soundproofing of the cabin has also been improved, the seats are heated and there is a parking radar.
Armrests and door pockets were added to the doors and the range of body colors expanded.
The shock absorbers have also been modified to make the suspension more comfortable - the factory says the car is still stable on the track. Four-season Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires are fitted and a glazed cover is placed over the engine so we can look behind.
The AP Racing brakes remained, with 19 inches at the front and 20 inches at the rear.
