Bild knows that brands belonging to the Volkswagen group, such as Volkswagen, Audi, or Porsche, offer a discount of between € 4 and $ 10,000, depending on the value of the car that the old car owner chooses.
The program is likely to apply to 14 German cities and their surroundings, where there is high nitrogen oxide load. These include Munich, Stuttgart, Cologne, Reutlingen, Düren, Hamburg, Limburg, Düsseldorf, Kiel, Heilbronn, Backnang, Darmstadt, Bochum and Ludwigsburg, for example, motorists from Berlin or Frankfurt do not benefit.
