Let's start with a classic: what objects do users forget about in the car?
At Christmas, one of the users had forgotten a raw, frozen knuckle in the car, but for example, he always waits for 3-4 pieces from our child seat.
Joking?
It was quite surprising, but it was night that parents had forgotten about 7 child seats in the carriages. One of our two cars.
How do you evaluate the first year of the system?
It was a challenging but successful year. More than 40,000 members are far ahead of our expectations, with 15,000 registrations for the first year.
What is the order of the cars that make up their fleet?
Mercedes is the first, the second is the Electric Up, and the gasoline comes.
My lover of Limo is a clear favorite of electric VW, they really like it, but petrol has been subjected to heavy criticism. Too sluggish, one of them called it dangerously slow compared to the momentum of Pest traffic.
The changer is sluggish, not the car.
Yes, but if the shift is sluggish, then the car is inflexible.
We know about this customer complaint, and we have already stepped in: we have started to replace the automatic transmission with gasoline streams in several stages, we will soon replace our 150 cars, most of which will be manual transmissions. I have to say, it was a difficult decision, because the vending machine is more convenient to drive, so it's hard to get them out.
You know, the city is really green and a trendy fleet of electric cars. Obviously, business considerations are about the much cheaper petrol, but still the question is: will it ever be like that?
We want to clearly increase the share of electric cars in the fleet, but we are trying to think about the system. That is, you can install your own MOL Plugee continuously alongside the renewal of the fleet, and we are currently holding eight in the zone. At the same time, it is also important for us to think about a complete ecosystem: in Hungary, part of the electric energy is generated from the burning of lignite and gas, and while the use of electric cars from Budapest is relieved from the environmental load, the fuel of the power plants produces exactly the opposite, just in the countryside.
How many new chargers would you like to install this year?
At the moment, he installs MOL electric chargers at 5 more locations in Budapest, and examines further options in the light of user needs. It is important to note that as a user here we are not only thinking of MOL Limo, but also of ordinary electric car owners.
What is the biggest chance for new electric cars to enter the fleet in 2019?
Unfortunately, in the small category, the development of the manufacturers we would be happy with is not so great. The Electric Up is now a 5-6 year old technique. We go to the Geneva Motor Show in March, look at the latest electric models, and we're ready to expand our fleet with something completely new. Manufacturers would also benefit from joining the country with such a big player with a brand new model.
