The car has one 120 kW (163 hp) electric motor per axle, with total system power of 326 horsepower, combined engine torque of 640 Nm. The new generation Leaf battery pack and inverter drive chain is more than twice as strong as the first Leaf Nismo RC, which was released in 2011.
Not only is the racing car more powerful, it has been richer: its acceleration capacity has increased by 50 percent, now it reaches 100 km / h in 3.4 seconds. In addition to this torque, the carbon fiber monocoque frame and other lightweight elements also play an important role: the car's running weight is only 1220 kg.
The front and rear elements of the three-part body can be removed. The windows are fixed, front and rear LED lights are lit, the rear wing is adjustable.
The body is 4546 mm long and the wheelbase is 2750 mm - the first 10, the last 5 cm above the seri model. However, the free height decreased as well as the height of the body: the highest point of the roof plate is 1212 mm from the asphalt, 33 cm deeper than the street version.
