NÚSZ Zrt launched an online e-sticker query interface.

They highlighted, adapted to the needs of the customers and keeping in mind the new corporate digitization efforts, they launched their own e-sticker questionnaire, which, according to the NÚSZ, is the only online interface containing accurate and official information on this topic in Hungary.

Out of every fifth call to the telephone customer service, customers ask about the valid highway sticker for the given vehicle, last year they asked about the e-sticker and its validity approximately 25,000 times - they wrote in the announcement.

They detailed that the e-sticker query is available on the company's renewed nemzetiutdij.hu website, with which anyone can check whether a particular vehicle has a valid highway sticker at the time of the query.

The data is retrieved from NÚSZ Zrt.'s own database, which contains comprehensive information on sticker purchases for domestic toll roads. The result of the query does not depend on the method or place of purchase, i.e. it does not matter whether the vignette was purchased at NÚSZ Zrt. or through the company's reseller partners, at a gas station, on the Internet, or perhaps via SMS or a mobile application - they called the attention in the announcement.

It was emphasized that querying valid e-stickers is simple and fast, no prior registration is required, only the vehicle's license plate number and registration number must be entered during the process. The result always refers to the time of the query and contains the data of the currently valid e-stickers, such as the type of vignette, its validity period and, in the case of multiple county stickers, a list of counties.

In the announcement, it was mentioned that if the system does not find a valid e-sticker in the database, the interface can be accessed with one click on the company's sales interface, where the road user can purchase the necessary road use authorization.

Annually, motorists buy about 15 million e-stickers for about 6.5-7 million vehicles. Most of the highway stickers purchased are purchased by road users for passenger vehicles (price category D1), and the newly launched e-sticker query can be of greatest help to them, the announcement said.

The online interface can be used at any time, but it is especially useful before entering the toll road, as it helps motorists to use the domestic toll roads in accordance with the rules in possession of the official, accurate information - informed the National Toll Service Company Zrt.
