The BMW X1 continues with a redesigned look and modern technology. The plug-in hybrid is coming next year.
It is not difficult to see the similarity between the newly-introduced wrinkle-off of the new generation of BMW 1 and X1: the same large, melting cooler in the middle, the modified headlights (even in adaptive LED design), the larger air intake bumpers face. A polished apron insert on the back appears as a novelty. As a final gate, the driver's exterior mirror projects a two-color X1 logo on the ground when the door is opened.
There are three new shades on the color palette - a beige, two for M Sport, and a gray-gray on the pictures.
The engine comes with two diesels (sDrive16d / 116 hp and xDrive25d / 231 hp) and a gasoline (xDrive25i / 231 hp) next spring with the plug-in hybrid xDrive25e, which promises 2.0 liter average consumption.
