The two-way traffic monitoring gate was designed for the Váci út 169 road section, and the district representative body decided on the proposal for the conditions two weeks ago.
The card recalls that the district decided in 2017 to support the establishment of a constant speed measurement system to prevent illegal night-time acceleration and speeding. The current two gates of Váci út (at the intersection of Dagály Street and Árva Street), however, do not serve the goal to be achieved, so they will now build a new gate.
According to the paper, the speed gate is built by the capital, the district contributes HUF 73.6 million, and its cameras will be compatible with the ORFK system. The installation company undertook to make the Dagály street gate cameras suitable for checking the red drive.
