The new solution is able to illuminate the headlights where conventional adaptive systems are no longer lighted. Such as the paddle, which, in addition to free-sighting, also improves the operation of the pedestrian recognition system: the camera detects the person on the road from 56 meters instead of the previous 32.
This is one of the important technological innovations for Lexus RX; the other is not a world novelty, but a serious delay with the brand. The old debt of Android Auto and CarPlay smartphone integration to the brand, and finally, the touch screen interface, Lexus has also been received - it is true that the Remote Touch system has been retained, but it is no longer a mouse but a tapipad.
Renewed from autumn 2019, the renewed RX design has been refined to a minimum, some lines have been drawn, and the grille has been renewed. More importantly, the body has become more solid and the suspension has been retrofitted, the shock absorbers and the central parts of the braking system have been replaced - overall a better straight forward and more accurate arcing is guaranteed by the car with electronic corner assist. The RX L's customers are affected by the new seat system: on the one hand, the third row seats can be adjusted in the longitudinal direction and the second row can now be ordered with two separate seats, resulting in additional foot space for the back seat.
