Although 71 percent of Hungarians are satisfied with their current rubber, they would be willing to switch to better service.
Most of us miss customer queues and a washbasin that can be used by customers, but many also ask for a wifi password, in most cases, because public networks are missing from 80 percent of the service centers - revealed in a recent survey by Apollo Vredestein Kft. which mapped the opinion of the Hungarians about the rubber stores.
Most people want faster service, but shake the picture so that 20 percent of the respondents think the rubber swap can be done in 15 minutes, and 68 percent think it takes only 30 minutes. Many are also looking for rubber hotels. More and more people want to change, service and store with the same provider.
The majority does not rely on chance, in some way pre-log on to the tire change. Only 10 percent of the respondents are on time through the service web interface, but this is much more due to the fact that salons do not have a suitable interface, although more than half of the respondents are happy to sign up online.
12 percent of the respondents do not ask for a date at all and try to arrive at times when few are waiting in the rubber workshop.
