Mercedes-Benz Hungária Kft. Closed its last year with a sales revenue of HUF 108 billion, which represents an increase of 7 percent compared to the previous year.
The car business achieved particularly good results, with 4018 registered cars in Hungary. With this, Mercedes has been in the forefront of selling premium passenger cars in Hungary for the third year.
The largest number of Mercedes-Benz models sold was the GLC with 506 units. Outstanding 69% growth in AMG model portfolio with 410 units sold. At the category level, urban SUVs brought the biggest growth, 46 percent more SUVs were sold last year than a year earlier.
As the executive director of Jörg Schmidt, Mercedes-Benz Hungária Kft. 609 of the large commercial vehicles were sold in 2018, making Mercedes-Benz a 10% market share. This year's novelty in this business was the Actros presented last year.
In 2019, Mercedes-Benz Hungária Kft. Plans to make a two-digit increase in passenger car sales, with the following new and renewable models contributing:

As we have learned, the Mercedes-Benz Kecskemét produced more than 190,000 cars last year, generating more than € 3.5 billion in net sales. In 2018, the one millionth car was rolled out of the production line, a new A-Class.
