On average, Tesla raises the price of its vehicles on average by three percent worldwide, except for the standard Model 3, which is designed for mass production.
The company explained the price increase by "closing fewer stores than planned".
At the end of February, Tesla reported that it would close most of its stores and switch to online sales to mitigate the cost of Model 3's car model with cost-cutting measures.
However, Tesla has now announced that, based on its investigation over the past two weeks, it has come to the conclusion that "it will take some time to implement the original concept", while still reopening some of the already closed car showrooms.
