Toyota's 3-liter, six-stroke engine was tuned, increasing from 340 to 387 hp.
In addition to the weaker and lighter two-liter version of the Toyota GR Supra in the new model year, the United States has already announced the re-tuning of its three-liter, six-cylinder top-of-the-line engine. To do this, the outlet was replaced and the compression ratio was reduced. With the new settings, the engine has become 387 hp instead of 340 hp and 500 Nm instead of 496 (the torque peak is 500 Nm in Europe, and with only 1% deviation, it may just be the difference between units of measurement - the point is that the engine has become more powerful.)
In parallel, acceleration levels have improved, with America's usual 0-60 mph (96 km / h) mileage running at 4.19 seconds instead of 4.1; if you can keep up with a two-tenth improvement in Europe, the 4.1 second would be 0-100 km / h. When the stronger Supra comes to us, we don't know yet.
The more powerful engine also comes with a set of heavily propelled front spring towers, tuned shock absorbers and new spring brackets, as well as modifications to the power steering, adaptive variable suspension, traction control and active differential control.
