He will be the new managing director of Porsche Hungary from 2021: one of his managing directors, János Eppel, will be replaced by Balázs Németh, and the other will remain in the position of the company's other director.
János Eppel, who has been leading Porsche Hungary since 2001, will be managing director until 31 December this year, after which the company will be managed by Peter Gstattner and Balázs Németh. Peter Gstattner has been the Managing Director of Porsche Hungaria since 1993.
János Eppel will continue to perform non-operational tasks in the management of Porsche Hungaria, including cooperation issues related to press and communication tasks, liaising with key partners, advocacy and brand ambassador activities, and coordinating e-mobility projects.
As of January 1, Peter Gstattner, Managing Director, will continue to oversee the financial, controlling, IT and logistics areas of Hungary's largest automotive importer, and will serve as the company's spokesperson. Balázs Németh, Managing Director, who has already worked for Volkswagen Group as Volkswagen's Brand Director and Porsche Buda, is responsible for sales, marketing and press management.
