In the second year of Liberty Media's management, television viewing of Formula 1 races increased significantly.
According to data, the championship reached 490.2 million people on digital platforms, an increase of ten percent compared to 2017.
The biggest leap was in India, France, Russia, the United States and China, most of which in the latter country is due to broadcasts returning to free CCTV.
Most of the viewers were in Brazil with 115.2 million people, 68 million in China, 34.2 million in America.
In addition to the number of unique viewers, the total number of viewers also increased, with a total TV viewing of 1.59 billion, an increase of three percent.
Social media already has 18.5 million followers on F1 on various platforms, an increase of 53 percent.
