Elise 25, Exige says goodbye to the market after 21 years, and to make the farewell not so painful, Lotus is making five different special editions of the two models.

More powerful engine, richer equipment, less weight: this is what a limited series looks like at Lotus. Now, five of these genres have also been introduced: these are the farewell editions of Elise and Exige. Two variants of the former and three variants of the latter are made, all in a very limited number of copies.

What unites them is that they come on the market with custom paintwork, redrawn stickers, a fresh wheel design and a Final Edition logo.

The five models are the Elise Sport 240 and Elise Cup 250, and the Exige Sport 390, Exige Sport 420 and Exige Cup 430.

Lotus Elise Final Edition series

By the end of production, the 1.8-liter, in-line four-cylinder, supercharged mid-engine had not been modified, but had been retuned for the Elise Sport 240: 36 horsepower more powerful: 243 horsepower.

However, a brand new digital dashboard was installed with two types of displays: the customer can choose between traditional round instruments and a digital race display. Also new is the steering wheel cut straight at the bottom.

Both the Elise Sport 240 and the Elise Cup 250 are available in new, exclusive colors.
