It is expensive, but it is very cute and stylish with a classic Minib electric car.
While the mini-letter MINI is working to show off an electric car alongside the sporty models, the Swind company has preceded the offspring in the hands of the Bavarians from the past. How is this possible? They're simple, they're based on the original Minit, a concept that has ever been one of the best space-driven and manageable cars. The little thing got an electric drive, so it was utterly unbeatable in urban traffic.
The fresh technology basically goes into a completely refurbished classic Mini body, so the car gets 24 kWh batteries and 110 electric horsepower, with plenty of torque that carries the lightweight car lightly. It accelerates from a standing position to a speed of 100 in 9.2 seconds, with a top speed limited to 130. Type 2 connectors can be charged in four hours and go up to 200 km with a charge as Swind promises. As the balance of the car changes significantly, it also gets a new chassis and brakes, and a larger load space can be expected due to the lack of a tank. Swind is planning to make just 100 pieces of the Electric Mini, for nearly $ 30 million.
