$ 1.7 billion, or more than $ 470 billion, is invested by Volkswagen in the development of Ford's self-propelled technology, even if the Americans are screaming.
It has always been possible to know that huge money is spinning in the automotive industry. This time, Volkswagen has witnessed this, with US $ 470 billion coming into the development of Ford Argo's proprietary technology. By comparison, the Hungarian government deficit planned for 2018 was HUF 1,360 billion.
Negotiations are still taking place between the two automotive giants, but the Wall Street Journal reports that there will soon be agreement. Volkswagen does not give its rivals a charity, but they have the same technology as Ford.
This is not the first cooperation in the history of the two companies, just a month ago, on the truck market. Other manufacturers are coming together in a variety of cases, with the last of these two German premium brands, BMW and Mercedes.
This is not Volkswagen's first collaboration with the first self-propelled technology, previously a partnership with Apple at the Wolfsburg-based brand. There is no news about how the current Ford deal affects the previous relationship.
